You may not join with another agency during this period

A CASTING  is when you or your child has to audition for a part.  It does not mean that the job has been secured.
All castings are sent to you via sms (eg. Time, date and place).
A FIRST OPTION means that the client has put you or your child on a shortlist and is keen to use you.  It does not mean that the job has been secured.
If you say yes to a first option, you HAVE to be available.  Unless the client releases you or your child, you may not take on any other work during that period.
A BOOKING is when the client has chosen you or your child and you will work and get paid for the job.
If you fail to turn up for a booking which you have agreed to undertake, we reserve the right to remove you from our books.
We will NOT tolerate a reputation for having unreliable models.
Please note that if you fail to arrive at your shoot, the clients can hold you responsible for the
FULL production costs.
You may also not leave set until the agreed hours have been met, or the client calls it a wrap and releases you for the day.
Should anything happen to upset you or give you cause for concern on set or at a casting, please contact us immediately so that we may follow the correct procedures and sort the matter out for you.
Please note that ALL decisions are made by the CLIENT
We CANNOT guarantee that you will work.
We can only put forward what is asked for by the client.
The agency takes a 20 % AGENCY fee and the Production Company pays the agency a 20% BOOKING FEE  that  is added to the agreed rate.
Pease note that we do not give out rates before the job is done and complete, simply because we do not always have the rates beforehand.
The job may also change and therefore the rates with it.
With every job that is done, the Production Company will send us an IRP5 form for each model that worked.
Please note that it is the responsibility of parents or yourself to register with SARS.
All models pay VAT and PAYE, as per CAMA and SARS rules and regulations.
The PAYE can be claimed back from SARS.
It is not our responsibility to make sure that the correct banking details and birth certificates are supplied, if we find the need to PHONE after them we shall deduct a fee of R10.00 for each call.
Payment takes between 90-120 days from date of invoice, although it could be a little later than
expected.
This is NOT because we hold onto any models money.  There is a process involved. 
WHEN  the job is done and complete, the Production Company will invoice the CLIENT.  The client pays the production company.  The Production Company pays us. We then pay the model.
We cannot pay money that we have not received.
PAYE is the parent’s responsibility.
In the unlikely event that the client contacts you directly, please inform us otherwise we will not be able to invoice them and you will have no claim on your money.
Please after each shoot also notify the office of all information pertaining to that shoot otherwise we may not invoice out correctly.
Remember they don’t have a contract with you: you  have a contract with Kidz & Modelz 2000
For any loss, damage or injury in respect of which the company is not entitled to claim a Right or indemnity under any policy or insurance affected by the company.

Enter these Premises Kidz & Modelz 2000 at your own risk.  All parents are responsible for their own Children’s safety.
